As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Long Beach, I have extensive professional experience working with children, teenagers, adults, couples, families, and groups from diverse backgrounds dealing with various mental, emotional, behavioral, and relational difficulties.  I am trained in various evidence-based therapeutic practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused approaches, grief therapy, humanistic approaches, solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic approaches, family system approaches and emotion focused therapy.
